Please see attached the following:
We are sending out the bonus tracker workbook so everyone can review. As a reminder district meetings are as follows:
North: Wed, April 9 - 6pm at PB Gardens office
South: Mon, April 14 - 6pm at Miami office
AMs, TMs, and PMs are required to attend. All others are welcome and encouraged to attend. As part of those meetings, each territory will need to bring with them actionable 'deals' that can be made. These can include Arthrex promos, agency promos, and any other creative opportunities. These opportunities need to create the overage that we will need above our monthly TLV quota to get the TLV numbers for each district to its goals. Please work together to produce that document to everyone on your assigned district meeting date.
This will be your only reminder on this...if the opportunity has not been discussed with the account, that needs to be done first before presenting it to the group.
In summary, here is a short synopsis of each district:
North district:
1. expectation is Tier 2 bonus...familiarize yourself with what that will entail on the bonus workbook
2. 100% TLV PTQ is job #1...will take 106% TLV in Q4 to attain this ($4 mil per month)
-PB: $2.1 mil/month, $105k per day
-Broward: $1.9 mil/month, $95k per day
3. Upper Extremity & FAT are the biggest focus areas...bio brings revenue as well so let's focus on it
4. TNRP & Leg 2 - Kreulock, RTSA, Hip, Sternal Cerclage, Hand-Wrist all need attention
South district:
1. 97% TLV PTQ is job #1...that is $3.75 mil/month, 108% PTQ TLV. This is a big hill but we can climb it
2. FAT, Upper extremity, bio...REVENUE IN GENERAL, every dollar we can from every category!!!
3. TNRP focus...keep grinding. Getting to 97% TLV PTQ has long term positive implications and we need to get there
